  • 📌 Added support for Signo Reader firmware R10.0.12.3.
  • 📌 Enhanced the Configuration Agent to create and modify reader configurations using natural language prompts.
  • 📌 Introduced Scheduled Firmware Upgrades for planning and managing reader firmware updates.
  • 📌 Added Quick DCID for easy access to commonly used public reader configurations.
  • 📌 Integrated Controller Configuration into the Linq Cloud portal for controller discovery, pairing and management.
HID Reader Manager App Deprecation Notice
  • 📍Please be advised that older versions of the HID Reader Manager mobile application will be deprecated in phases:

🔍China (Tencent Store)

  • 📱Android Versions:
    • 1.32.2 and earlier will be deprecated effective May 20, 2026
  • 📱iOS Versions:
    • 1.32.0 and earlier will be deprecated effective July 9, 2026

🔍Global Regions (Excluding China)

  • 📱Android & iOS Versions:
    • 1.32.0 and earlier will be deprecated effective July 9, 2026
  • 📌This deprecation is part of HID’s ongoing application maintenance strategy to ensure continued delivery of secure, reliable, and up-to-date functionality.

  • 📌Customers who install a supported version of the HID Reader Manager app will continue to be able to upgrade HID Signo and HID iCLASS/multiCLASS readers without interruption.

  • 📌We appreciate your continued partnership and support.

🚀Request to Upgrade to Latest Firmware Version R10.0.11.5
  • 🛠️HID continues to release regular service pack firmware updates for the Signo Reader platform, introducing new features, enhancements, and ongoing improvements. The HID Reader Manager application provides a straightforward way to update readers to the latest available firmware.

  • To help customers take advantage of these enhancements and keep their systems aligned with the latest capabilities, we recommend upgrading HID Signo readers to firmware version R10.0.11.5 using:

    • HID Reader Manager v1.32.2 (Outside of China)
    • Tencent Store v1.32.3 (China Region)

    within the next 30 days.
