IMPACT

⚠️During this maintenance window, the following services may experience brief periods of disruption:

    • 📍System administrators are requested not to perform any credential, lock, or controller-related operations during this time.
  • HID Linq Cloud

    • Please avoid the following activities during the maintenance window:

      • 📍New gateway installation / onboarding

      • 📍Firmware upgrades

Note: Patching will be performed seamlessly. If any impact is observed, appropriate communication will follow.

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders, along with the following services being impacted.

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for the HID Origo Mobile Identities APIs supporting Apple Wallet and Google Wallet customers in Pre-Production.

DATE & TIME

  • On 📅Feb 10 (Tuesday) between ⏳04:30 AM – 10:30 AM UTC

IMPACT

During this update, there may be brief, intermittent unavailability of the ** HID Origo Mobile Identities APIs** for ** Apple Wallet** and ** Google Wallet** customers.

As a result, wallet-related provisioning and lifecycle operations may be temporarily unavailable, including (but not limited to):

  • Issuance token redemption
    • Tokens may not redeem via the HID Mobile Access App or Web Push provisioning
  • Wallet provisioning
    • In-app and Web Push provisioning for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
  • Credential lifecycle actions

Already-provisioned credentials are not expected to be impacted.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

  • Intermittent failures may occur, and retry attempts may succeed as services are gradually restored during the maintenance window.

RECOVERY

  • All services will automatically resume once maintenance is complete.

🛠️Disaster Recovery Maintenance – Production

SUMMARY

  • 📍 A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on 📅February 14th,2026 between ⏳04:30-08:30 UTC.

  • 🔍China (APAC East)

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, customers will experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services.

  • ⚠️HID Origo Management Portal: Users will experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
  • ⚠️HID Mobile Access App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs

HID Origo Mobile Identities API HID Mobile Access App for Android - Tencent Store Unavailability (China)

UPDATE - 31 May 2023 HID Mobile Access application version 4.0.3 has been released for the Tencent stores and has been successfully republished by Tencent.

SUMMARY HID Global is aware that Tencent removed the HID Origo Mobile Access application for Android from their store on Friday, 19 May 2023, without prior notice to HID. HID has since been informed that Tencent requires a change to the End User acceptance of the Terms of Use. We are diligently working on the necessary changes to provide an updated application to Tencent for approval and subsequent publishing. Further updates will follow, as soon as possible, regarding the new release date for users in China.

IMPACT HID Mobile Access App for Android (China)

HID Origo Management Portal HID Origo Management Portal - SSO enrollment

SUMMARY Origo Management Portal is currently experiencing issues for customers trying to setup SSO functionality for their Portal accounts. The issue is due to an expired certificate and only affects accounts trying to enroll SSO. A new certificate will be rolled out on 1 June 2023 to resolve this. Customer accounts already enrolled for SSO are NOT affected.

IMPACT SSO Configuration service is experiencing disruptions.

SUMMARY Origo device management service is currently operating at reduced functionality. Team is monitoring it and will have regular updates on the issue.

IMPACT Configuration service is experiencing slowness and any related activity on configuration might have disruption (timeout).
