  • 📍A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Oracle EBS Production on 📅April 26 between ⏳02:00–06:00 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in the following services:

    • ⚠️Order Processing – New orders placed will be delayed in fulfilment
    • ⚠️Key Management (Mob/Elite Key) – Adding or removing keys may be impacted
    • ⚠️Contract Processing – New, add-on, and renewal contracts will be affected during processing
    • ⚠️Organization Onboarding – Organization creation and edits may experience issues
    • ⚠️Replenishment – Orders may be stalled, causing delays in fulfilment

HID Origo Management Portal [Pre-Production] Onboarding of new HID Origo accounts unavailable

UPDATE Resolved

SUMMARY HID is aware of the issues with onboarding new HID Origo accounts. Onboarding is currently unavailable in the Origo PRE-PRODUCTION environment due to an urgent maintenance activity on HID's backend authentication services. Please note that this only affects onboarding in PRE-PRODUCTION. All other activities in PRE-PRODUCTION for existing accounts are fully operational.

HID Reader Manager - Reader Management Service Unknown Error when connecting to readers

UPDATE RESOLVED HID has received reports from several sources of HID Reader Manager experiencing issues when connecting to or inspecting readers. The issue has been resolved and we are investigating the root case and to be able to prevent future occurrences.

SUMMARY HID has received reports from several sources of HID Reader Manager experiencing issues when connecting to or inspecting readers. The HID Origo Team is currently investigating the issue.
