  • 📅May 5 (Tue), ⏳07:30 PM – 09:30 PM UTC: Oracle Analytics Cloud

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in the following services.
    • ⚠️Order Processing
      • New orders placed will be delayed with fulfilment
    • ⚠️Key Management (Mob/Elite Key)
      • Adding the new /remove the key
    • ⚠️Contract Processing
      • New / Add-on/Renewal contract will have impact on processing
    • ⚠️Organization Onboarding
      • Org creation and edit may have issues
    • ⚠️Replenishment
      • Replenishment orders may be stalled and there will be delay in fulfilment
    • ⚠️Org Account Setup
      • An administrator attempting to log in for the first time to a newly created organization without any key association will not be able to log in

Mobile ID and Invitation Code Management

Update 10:39

The services are restored and operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

SUMMARY

The HID Origo Management Portal and HID Origo Mobile Identities API are currently operating at reduced functionality. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.

IMPACT

Administrators may experience delays in Mobile ID or Invitation Code management operations.

Mobile App users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
