Infrastructure Maintenance - Oracle Agile PLM

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo as part of certificate renewal process on February 11th, 2026 between 04:30-05:30 (UTC).

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability of the following HID Origo Services.

    • HID Origo Management Portal.
    • Order processing will be paused.

Infrastructure Maintenance - Pre-Production for the HID Origo Mobile Identities APIs supporting Apple Wallet and Google Wallet customers

  • A maintenance event is planned for the HID Origo Mobile Identities APIs supporting Apple Wallet and Google Wallet customers in Pre-Production.

  • On 📅Feb 10 (Tuesday) between ⏳04:30 AM – 10:30 AM UTC

ENVIRONMENT

IMPACT

During this update, there may be brief, intermittent unavailability of the HID Origo Mobile Identities APIs for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet customers.

As a result, wallet-related provisioning and lifecycle operations may be temporarily unavailable, including (but not limited to):

  • Issuance token redemption
    • Tokens may not redeem via the HID Mobile Access App or Web Push provisioning
  • Wallet provisioning
    • In-app and Web Push provisioning for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
  • Credential lifecycle actions

Already-provisioned credentials are not expected to be impacted.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

  • Intermittent failures may occur, and retry attempts may succeed as services are gradually restored during the maintenance window.

RECOVERY

  • All services will automatically resume once maintenance is complete.

SUPPORT

  • If issues persist beyond the maintenance window, please contact HID Support via your standard support channel.
🛠️Disaster Recovery Maintenance – Production

SUMMARY

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, customers will experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services.

  • ⚠️HID Origo Management Portal: Users will experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
  • ⚠️HID Mobile Access App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs

SUMMARY

  • A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Authentication Service on February 16th, 2026 between 11:00-12:00 UTC.

HID is pleased to announce the release of HID Mobile Access App version 4.5.0, which is now available on the app stores. We highly recommend you upgrade to this version in order to take advantage of the latest features.

HID Biometric Manager v. 1.0.2000.00030, scheduled 1 year ago

Dear Customer, As a follow up to our notification on April 5th 2024, we are happy to announce the release of HID Biometric Manager (HBM) version 1.0.2000.00030. This version contains a fix that resolves the issues with loading ICE and MOB keys as well as configuring BLE parameters for Signo 25B devices after shutdown of the Reader Manager 1.0 service previously used. At present there is still a limitation on firmware upgrades being applied to the Signo 25B which will be addressed in a future release.

Please utilize the Update function within HID Biometric Manager to obtain this latest version. It is a mandatory update for any customers who need to utilize Elite or MOB keys on their devices, and an optional update for all other customers.

The new version is an update of the RCAM component of HBM only, the rest of the solution, including the Signo 25B firmware, remain in their previous versions (SP2.6). We apologize for the inconvenience this issue may have caused and sincerely apologize for any disruption to your operations caused by this change.
