    • Enables administrators to delegate portal management responsibilities to designated users within their organization.
    • Enhances operational flexibility while maintaining appropriate access controls and governance.

    • Introduces the Origo Portal Assistant, designed to help users quickly discover portal capabilities and navigate key workflows.
    • Improves feature discoverability and enhances the overall user experience through guided assistance.

    • Reader Manager Portal access will now be enabled by default for all Card Service customers.
    • Simplifies onboarding and reduces administrative effort when accessing reader management capabilities.
    • Provides a more streamlined and consistent experience for customers using Card Services.

โœจ What's New in This Release?

  • ๐Ÿ“Œ OSDP Firmware File Generation for Elite Customers

    • Elite customers can generate an OSDP firmware file using a specified ICE key.
    • The generated file can be applied to HID Signo readers through partner access-control software and controllers.
    • Readers must be running firmware version 10.0.11.5 or later.
  • ๐Ÿ“Œ Controller Connectivity Improvements

    • Provides Linq Cloud solution for controller connectivity issues associated with controller firmware version 2.12.
