📅May 5 (Tue), ⏳07:30 PM – 09:30 PM UTC: Oracle Analytics Cloud
📅May 6 (Wed), ⏳02:30 AM – 05:00 AM UTC: Oracle EBS Database Unavailable

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in the following services.
- ⚠️Order Processing
  - New orders placed will be delayed with fulfilment
- ⚠️Key Management (Mob/Elite Key)
  - Adding the new /remove the key
- ⚠️Contract Processing
  - New / Add-on/Renewal contract will have impact on processing
- ⚠️Organization Onboarding
  - Org creation and edit may have issues
- ⚠️Replenishment
  - Replenishment orders may be stalled and there will be delay in fulfilment
- ⚠️Org Account Setup
  - An administrator attempting to log in for the first time to a newly created organization without any key association will not be able to log in

Summary

Starting January 28th, 2025 Linq Cloud v1.1.0 will support the latest HID Signo firmware version 10.0.9.1.

HID Reader Manager Version 1.24, scheduled 1 year ago

Product Update Summary:

New Signo firmware version - Support firmware update to and configuration update for the latest HID Signo reader firmware (10.0.9.1)
New Signo Reader Models: Support configuration and firmware update for for HID Signo Decor, HID Signo PIV Contact readers.
Signo Express Reader Configuration: Enable OSDP communication protocol for this reader type.
Signo No BLE (FFB) Reader: Hide all BLE related configuration for these readers so infield BLE confiugration is disabled.

Resolution for:

Anti-Passback issue due to switching Visual Tempate Media Refused sleep timer to 400ms from 200ms when chaing configuration from OSDP to Wiegand.
Security issue in Signo Readers (Elite) with apply confiugration via NFC that was bypassing authentication
Update the DCID creation time to UTC in the backend to be aligned with all Tools.
