✨ What's New in This Release?

📌 OSDP Firmware File Generation for Elite Customers
- Elite customers can generate an OSDP firmware file using a specified ICE key.
- The generated file can be applied to HID Signo readers through partner access-control software and controllers.
- Readers must be running firmware version 10.0.11.5 or later.
📌 Controller Connectivity Improvements
- Provides Linq Cloud solution for controller connectivity issues associated with controller firmware version 2.12.

We are excited to announce the upcoming release of Linq Cloud 1.3 on September 30, 2025.

User Impact: During this period, users will not be able to access Linq Cloud.

What's New in This Release?

Easier Device Management: View your devices in a clear hierarchy (Linq Gateway → Edge Device → Reader) to quickly identify controllers and connected readers.
Seamless Gateway Updates: Linq Gateway now updates automatically in the background with less manual steps required.
Simplified Gateway launch: We have removed the master password, just use your RT / RM Credentials for a faster, smoother login experience.
