📢 HID Origo Bridge Client Update Available (v2.5.7.1386)

Dear HID® Origo™ Bridge Customer,

  • 🚀 We have released an updated version of the HID Origo Bridge Client (v2.5.7.1386).

📍 What Changed?

  • This update addresses an issue related to a change introduced in a third-party cloud authentication service used by Bridge. The change impacts the authentication process used when Bridge connects to HID Origo cloud services.

📍 Impact

  • Currently running Bridge services are not affected.
  • However, any Bridge instance running a version earlier than v2.5.7.1386 may experience authentication failures after a service restart.
  • Affected instances may be unable to successfully reconnect to HID Origo cloud services.

📍 Recommended Action

  • To avoid potential service disruption, we strongly recommend updating all Bridge installations to version v2.5.7.1386 as soon as possible.

🚧Infrastructure Maintenance - OCA Production

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Connected Architecture & Linq Cloud

    • 📅July 25th 2026 from ⏳03:30 to 04:30 UTC on US region,
    • 📅July 25th 2026 from ⏳04:30 to 05:30 UTC on EU region.

IMPACT

  • 🛠️During this maintenance window, connected architecture application and Linq Cloud may experience brief periods of disruption.

    • ⚠️Connected Architecture: System administrators are requested not to perform any credential/lock/controller related operation.
    • ⚠️Linq Cloud: Avoid new gateway installation / onboarding, firmware upgrades

IT Planned Maintenance Notification – Oracle EBS Production, scheduled 8 months ago

SUMMARY

  • An ongoing maintenance activity is currently underway for HID Oracle EBS Production. During this period, the HID Origo Portal and HID Origo Mobile Identities API are experiencing a partial outage, while all other services remain operational.

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in the following services.

  • Order Processing – New orders placed will be delayed with fulfilment
  • Key Management (Mob/Elite Key) – Adding the new /remove the key
  • Contract Processing – New / Add-on/Renewal contract will have impact on processing
  • Organization Onboarding – Org creation and edit may have issues
  • Replenishment - Replenishment orders may be stalled and there will be delay in fulfilment
  • Org Account Setup – An administrator attempting to log in for the first time to a newly created organization without any key association will not be able to log in

Infrastructure Maintenance - HID Mobile Access App for China in Production, scheduled 8 months ago

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on October 24th between 08:30-10:00 UTC.

REGIONS AFFECTED

  • China (APAC East)

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services.

    • HID Mobile Access App: Users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Google Mobile Wallet on October 24th between 08:30-09:30 UTC.

  • US

IMPACT

  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API (Google Wallet Only): Issuance token may not be redeemable in HID Mobile APP or via Web Push provisioning.

    • HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.

    • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. Wallet users not affected.

    • HID Mobile Access App: Users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
