Oracle EBS Unavailable

The services are restored and operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Update 14:59

We are working to restore the services as soon as possible.

SUMMARY

The HID Oracle EBS is currently operating at reduced functionality.

Our team is actively working to address the issue as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided on an ongoing basis until the issue is fully resolved.


IMPACT

During this period, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in the following services:

  • Order Processing
    New orders placed may be delayed in fulfillment.

  • Key Management (Mob/Elite Key)
    Adding or removing keys may be impacted.

  • Contract Processing
    New, add-on, and renewal contracts may experience processing delays.

  • Organization Onboarding
    Organization creation and edits may face issues.

  • Replenishment
    Replenishment orders may be stalled, leading to delays in fulfillment.

  • Org Account Setup
    An administrator attempting to log in for the first time to a newly created organization (without any key association) may be unable to log in.
