HID Reader Manager App Deprecation Notice, scheduled 3 weeks ago
  • đź“ŤPlease be advised that older versions of the HID Reader Manager mobile application will be deprecated in phases:

🔍China (Tencent Store)

  • 📱Android Versions:
    • 1.32.2 and earlier will be deprecated effective May 20, 2026
  • 📱iOS Versions:
    • 1.32.0 and earlier will be deprecated effective July 9, 2026

🔍Global Regions (Excluding China)

  • 📱Android & iOS Versions:
    • 1.32.0 and earlier will be deprecated effective July 9, 2026

  • đź“ŚThis deprecation is part of HID’s ongoing application maintenance strategy to ensure continued delivery of secure, reliable, and up-to-date functionality.

  • đź“ŚCustomers who install a supported version of the HID Reader Manager app will continue to be able to upgrade HID Signo and HID iCLASS/multiCLASS readers without interruption.
