Subscription Enforcement Causing 402 Errors Wallet Provisioning Failure

The services are back to normal operations.

The services are restored and operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Customers without valid subscription wallet license part numbers are impacted. We are currently working on a fix to handle this scenario and will provide further updates as progress is made.
