Scheduled maintenance of HID Origo Management Portal which will operate at reduced functionality., scheduled 3 months ago

Summary HID Origo is planning to deploy two services for business purposes in production on January 21, between 07:00 - 08:00 UTC.

Impact During this maintenance window, multiple services may experience brief periods of disruption, such as:

  • HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. Wallet users not affected.
  • HID Mobile Access App: Users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
  • HID Reader Manager App: Users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Keys.
