HID Mobile Access App version 4.5.0

Dear Valued Customers,

HID is pleased to announce the release of HID Mobile Access App version 4.5.0, which is now available on the app stores. We highly recommend you upgrade to this version in order to take advantage of the latest features.

HID Origo Device Management Production Deployment of Passport changes / RFP / System Authentication

• Origo device management is scheduled for deployment on May 18th, with an expected downtime of maximum 2 hours. During this interval, users may encounter authentication issues with System Authentication and Passport.

• Applications such as Oracle EBS, HID Origo Connected Architecture which rely on System Authentication to access HID Origo Device Management services and applications utilizing passport service may experience some disruption.
