SUMMARY
A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Origo Subscription Component on August 30th between 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM UTC.
IMPACT
No downtime is expected for customer-facing functionalities (HID Origo Management Portal, Wallet, HID Mobile Access App). However, operations related to subscription components may experience minor database slowness during the deployment window. All services will remain available, though some background processes may run slower than usual.

A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on August 31st between 01:00 - 03:00 UTC.

IMPACT
During the disruption window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services for China.
HID Origo Management Portal: Users will experience issues and/or delays with Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. This will impact onboarding, user management, and the processing of new contracts.
HID Mobile Access App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
HID Reader Manager App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Keys.
There will be delay in processing the order and contracts for Mobile Identities.
