SUMMARY
A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo Management Portal China on May 23rd,2025 from 11:00 to 13:00 UTC time, 19:00 to 21:00 CST time.
IMPACT
During this maintenance window, the users of App based Mobile Access using the following URL "https://webportal.origo.hidglobal.cn/" will be impacted outside business hours of China region. Users may face slight disruption during this period.

HID Reader Manager is currently operating at reduced functionality. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.
