IT Planned Maintenance Notification – Oracle EBS Production
SUMMARY
A maintenance event is planned for HID Oracle EBS Production on November 18th, 2025, between 04:30 - 06:30 UTC. During this period, the HID Origo Portal and HID Origo Mobile Identities API may experience a partial outage, while all other services remain operational.
IMPACT
During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in the following services.
Order Processing – New orders placed will be delayed with fulfilment
Key Management (Mob/Elite Key) – Adding the new /remove the key
Contract Processing – New / Add-on/Renewal contract will have impact on processing
Organization Onboarding – Org creation and edit may have issues
Replenishment - Replenishment orders may be stalled and there will be delay in fulfilment
Org Account Setup – An administrator attempting to log in for the first time to a newly created organization without any key association will not be able to log in

IMPACT
During the disruption window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services for China.
HID Origo Management Portal: Users will experience issues and/or delays with Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. This will impact onboarding, user management, and the processing of new contracts.
HID Mobile Access App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
HID Reader Manager App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Keys.
There will be delay in processing the order and contracts for Mobile Identities.
