Scheduled Maintenance
IT Planned Maintenance Notification – Oracle EBS Production

SUMMARY

  • A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Oracle EBS Production. As part of scheduled maintenance, the HID Origo Portal and HID Origo Mobile Identities API will undergo a partial outage as detailed below, while all other services will continue to operate normally.

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in the following services.

  • Order Processing – New orders placed will be delayed with fulfilment
  • Key Management (Mob/Elite Key) – Adding the new /remove the key
  • Contract Processing – New / Add-on/Renewal contract will have impact on processing
  • Organization Onboarding – Org creation and edit may have issues
  • Replenishment - Replenishment orders may be stalled and there will be delay in fulfilment

Infrastructure Maintenance - HID Origo Device Management (ODM)

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on October 25th between 03:30-05:30 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, users will experience brief periods of unavailability for HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services.
    • Reader Manager, Linq Cloud, Linq On-Prem and other products that rely on HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services will be affected.
    • No action is required from users. Services will resume automatically after the change window.

HID Linq Cloud 1.3.5 Release – Scheduled for October 28, 2025

We are excited to announce the upcoming release of HID Linq Cloud 1.3.5 on October 28, 2025.

Deployment Window:
Date: October 28, 2025
Time: 04:30 AM – 6:00 AM UTC (Approx. 1.5 hours)
User Impact: During this period, users will not be able to access HID Linq Cloud.

What's New in This Release

  • Signo Firmware Upgrade via Mercury and Aero
    You can now perform firmware updates for readers connected to Mercury or Aero controllers through OSDP file transfer (one file). The current release supports up to 8 readers at a time.

    • Firmware Update Prerequisites
      • Signo readers must be on firmware version 10.0.7.5 or above.
      • Controller firmware must be version 2.6.1 and SIO firmware version 3.22.11.
  • Delete Gateway
    You can now remove old gateways from your list to maintain a clean, organized view of active Gateways.
