A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo Management Portal - New on November 8th 2025, between 03:30 - 05:00 UTC.
IMPACT
During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services.
HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues logging in to the portal
HID Origo Mobile Identities API (Google Wallet Only): Organizations with Google Wallet Pass Designs will face issues with issuance token redemption in the HID Mobile Access app and related SDK or via Web Push provisioning. Pass design operations will also be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Pass Design APIs: These APIs will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
User Management and Credential Management APIs: All operations will function as expected.
A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on November 8th between 03:30-05:30 UTC.
IMPACT
During this maintenance window, users will experience brief periods of unavailability for HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services.
Reader Manager, Linq Cloud, Linq On-Prem and other products that rely on HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services will be affected.
No action is required from users. Services will resume automatically after the change window.

MFA Channel Selection Enhancement – Effective 14 October 2025, scheduled 3 weeks ago
SUMMARY
As part of the R8.37.0 release, we’ve introduced an enhancement to improve the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) experience for administrators and end users.
What’s New:
Administrators can now configure the preferred MFA channel—SMS or Email—for users who have opted for MFA. This update provides greater flexibility and helps reduce technical difficulties during login.
Why It Matters:
This change is designed to minimize support incidents by allowing organizations to tailor the MFA experience based on user needs and communication preferences.
