HID Mobile Access - Service Upgrade 4.8.8 - Production

Summary

The HID Mobile Access Portal will be upgraded to a new version in the production environment on October 27, between 13:00 and 13:30 UTC. Following the upgrade, the HID Mobile Access Portal will be version 4.8.8. This release includes minor bug fixes and enhancements.

Impact

During the service upgrade window, users may experience periods of unavailability for the HID Mobile Access Portal and API.

HID Mobile Access API Pre-production - TLS Connectivity Issues

Summary

The HID Mobile Access API is currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.
