HID Mobile Access - Performance Issues

The HID Mobile Access Portal and API are experiencing intermittent performance issues, which occasionally result in increased response times, error rates and timeouts.

These performance issues are most commonly seen at around 06:30 UTC and 18:30 UTC. We are working to find a resolution as soon as possible.

HID Mobile Access - Reduced Functionality

The HID Mobile Access Portal and API are currently operating at reduced functionality, where Invitation Code emails are not being sent. The Invitation Code API is currently returning HTTP status code 500 if the sendInvitationEmail parameter is set to "Y".

We are working to correct the issue as soon as possible.
