Jailbreak Notifications

The HID Mobile Access Portal provides functionality to receive notifications of devices suspected to be jailbroken. We are currently investigating an issue where incorrect notifications are being triggered for iOS 14 devices.

Updated: 2020-09-29 This issue is resolved and we recommend that users update the HID MA App version to 3.7.6 which includes a fix for the problem.

Authentication Services Unavailable


HID Mobile Access services are currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.


  • HID Mobile Access Portal: Users may experience issues logging in to the portal
  • HID Mobile Access Portal API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors
