Infrastructure maintenance - Production

A maintenance event is planned for HID Mobile Access on April 2 between 12:30-14:30 UTC. During this maintenance window, users may experience disruption to the following services:

  • HID Mobile Access Portal: Invitation Code and Mobile ID management
  • HID Mobile Access API: Invitation Code and Mobile ID management
  • HID Mobile Access App: Redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs

Authentication Services - Partially Unavailable

Summary

HID Mobile Access services are currently experiencing a service disruption.

Customers experiencing issues logging in to the Mobile Access Portal or get an authentication token for use with the APIs, are encouraged to retry the operation - it is currently expected to work for every second request on average.

We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.

Impact

  • HID Mobile Access Portal: Users may experience issues logging in to the portal
  • HID Mobile Access Portal API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 erros
