HID Mobile Access - Mobile ID and Invitation Code Management Thursday 2nd August 2018 22:30:00


SUMMARY

The HID Mobile Access Portal and API are currently operating at reduced functionality. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.

IMPACT

Administrators may experience delays in Mobile ID or Invitation Code management operations. Mobile App users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.

Environment

Production | Pre-production

The services have been restored to normal operations.

The root cause has been addressed and we are in process of freeing up resources on some affected servers, in order to restore the services to normal operations. Once fully restored, a backlog of pending events and transactions will need to be processed.

The root cause of the issue has been identified. We are working to restore the affected services as soon as possible.
