The HID Mobile Access Portal has been operating at reduced performance in recent weeks. Multiple corrective actions have been taken and the service is restored to normal operations.
When investigating the problem, we have identified an issue with the card artwork functionality which is negatively impacting performance. As a result, this feature has been temporarily disabled and HID Mobile Access users may see the default card image in the mobile app.
