HID Mobile Access Services Unavailable Friday 21st December 2018 08:00:00


The HID Mobile Access Portal and API are currently unavailable in the production and pre-production environments. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.

All services have been restored to normal operations.

Corrective action has been taken and services are restored to normal operations in the production environment. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely for any changes.

The HID Mobile Access Portal and API are restored to normal operations in the pre-production environment. We will proceed to restore the services in production as soon as possible.

The HID Mobile Access Portal and API are unavailable in the production environment. We are continuing to work to restore the services as soon as possible. There is presently no estimated time of recovery.
