The HID Mobile Access Portal and API are currently operating at reduced functionality in the production environment. We are working to address the issue and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.
Status updates for some devices and credentials are currently not being processed correctly. For example, an Invitation Code can be consumed successfully in a mobile app, but the device registration status is not correctly reflected in the HID Mobile Access Portal or API.
