HID Mobile Access - Reduced Functionality Tuesday 22nd May 2018 21:05:00


The HID Mobile Access Portal and API are currently operating at reduced functionality in the production environment. We are working to address the issue and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.


Status updates for some devices and credentials are currently not being processed correctly. For example, an Invitation Code can be consumed successfully in a mobile app, but the device registration status is not correctly reflected in the HID Mobile Access Portal or API.

The HID Mobile Access Portal and API are now back to normal operations.

We are continuing to work with the highest possible priority resolve this issue and restore the services to normal operations.

Investigation is still ongoing to identify the root cause and at this time we are unable to provide an estimated time for when the services will be restored to normal operations.
