Authentication Services - Partially Unavailable Saturday 21st March 2020 05:35:00


HID Mobile Access services are currently experiencing a service disruption.

Customers experiencing issues logging in to the Mobile Access Portal or get an authentication token for use with the APIs, are encouraged to retry the operation - it is currently expected to work for every second request on average.

We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.
