One-Time Password Delays Wednesday 18th July 2018 22:00:00

HID has identified an issue where some users in the US are experiencing delays in receiving one-time passwords via text message to their mobile phones.

We are working to address the issue. As a workaround, one-time passwords can be requested via email in the meantime.

This issue is confirmed to be resolved.
