HID Origo Management Portal may prevent modification of primary device for an End User, scheduled 4 months ago

Due to an ongoing issue you may be unable to modify which device is the primary for specific users which may also prevent deleting of an older device. The problem has been identified and we are working on a resolution.

Update An Issue with legacy data that was generated pre HID Origo was found blocking the possibility to change the primary device. A fix for this has been applied to all customers and this behavior should not appear again
