IMPACT
📌During this migration window, all business users are requested to adhere to the following to ensure a smooth transition and avoid processing disruptions.

IMPACT
During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders, along with the following services being impacted.

IMPACT
⚠️There is no downtime expected from this release except for a brief 5 mins within the deployment window when you may experience slowness in the system.
HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. Wallet users not affected.
HID Mobile Access App: Users may experience delays redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs
HID Reader Manager App: Users may experience delays redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Keys
🚀Request to Upgrade to Latest Firmware Version R10.0.11.5
🛠️HID continues to release regular service pack firmware updates for the Signo Reader platform, introducing new features, enhancements, and ongoing improvements. The HID Reader Manager application provides a straightforward way to update readers to the latest available firmware.
To help customers take advantage of these enhancements and keep their systems aligned with the latest capabilities, we recommend upgrading HID Signo readers to firmware version R10.0.11.5 using:
HID Reader Manager v1.32.2 (Outside of China)
Tencent Store v1.32.3 (China Region)
within the next 30 days.

HID Reader Manager App Deprecation Notice
📍Please be advised that older versions of the HID Reader Manager mobile application will be deprecated in phases:

1.32.0 and earlier will be deprecated effective June 17, 2026

📌This deprecation is part of HID’s ongoing application maintenance strategy to ensure continued delivery of secure, reliable, and up-to-date functionality.
📌Customers who install a supported version of the HID Reader Manager app will continue to be able to upgrade HID Signo and HID iCLASS/multiCLASS readers without interruption.

HID Origo Platform – Authentication Issues in US Region

The services is operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
SUMMARY
HID Origo Services are currently experiencing intermittent disruptions. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates until the matter is fully resolved.
IMPACT
HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues logging in to the portal
HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors
HID Reader Manager Mobile App: Users may experience issues logging in to the Reader Manager app
HID Origo Identity Positioning API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors
Linq Cloud is currently experiencing a certificate registration. We’re actively working with the certificate issuer to resolve it as quickly as possible.
IMPACT
At this time, new gateway installations and onboarding cannot be completed.
