  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on November 28th between 11:00-12:00 UTC.

REGIONS AFFECTED

  • China

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, multiple services will experience brief periods of disruption, such as:
    • HID Reader Manager App: Reader Manager China App (Android) application may experience minor service interruptions.
    • HID Origo Management Portal: User may experience difficulty in order creation and org related functionalities.
  • No user intervention is required, and all services will automatically resume normal operation upon completion

HID Reader Manager App Versions Below 1.23.0 Will Be Obsolete by April 7, 2025, scheduled 7 months ago

SUMMARY

  • A critical update is mandatory for continued operation of the Reader Manager App. Please notify all reader technicians as soon as possible. Starting 04/07/2025, all versions older than 1.23.0 will no longer function.

The following versions will continue to be supported:

  • HID RM App 1.24.1
  • HID RM App 1.24.0
  • HID RM App 1.23.0
