IT Planned Maintenance Notification - New HID Origo Management Portal

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo Management Portal - New on November 8th 2025, between 05:30 - 07:00 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services.
    • HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues logging in to the portal
    • HID Origo Mobile Identities API (Google Wallet Only): Issuance token may not be redeemable in HID Mobile APP or via Web Push provisioning.

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on November 8th between 03:30-05:30 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, users will experience brief periods of unavailability for HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services.
    • Reader Manager, Linq Cloud, Linq On-Prem and other products that rely on HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services will be affected.
    • No action is required from users. Services will resume automatically after the change window.

SUMMARY

The HID Origo Mobile Identities API is currently experiencing reduced functionality, resulting in delays in callback delivery. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and will provide regular updates until it is fully addressed.

IMPACT

Administrators may experience delays in Mobile ID or Invitation Code management operations.

Mobile App users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
