During this maintenance window, Mobile app users and Wallet customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing event callbacks.

A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on August 31st between 01:00 - 03:00 UTC.

REGIONS AFFECTED

China (APAC East)

IMPACT

During the disruption window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services for China.
- HID Origo Management Portal: Users will experience issues and/or delays with Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. This will impact onboarding, user management, and the processing of new contracts.
- HID Mobile Access App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
- HID Reader Manager App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Keys.
- There will be delay in processing the order and contracts for Mobile Identities.
